You can now pay your annual Windemere Homes Association dues online!

Paying your dues online includes a 2.9% + $0.30 PayPal fee on top of the annual dues rate. If you want to pay your dues without incurring this online payment fee, then please mail a check to our office:

PayPal is a secure website where you can use your MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, or PayPal account to pay your annual dues. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this service — simply click the “Pay with a debit or credit card” option.
