The mission of the Windemere Homes Association is to manage and care for the property owned by the association; enforce the restrictions as specified by covenant; and promote a spirit of neighborhood pride and sense of community. Click here to read our bylaws (PDF file).

There are many ways you can be involved in and be an active part of your community. Board members are always needed, so please contact us if you’re interested in serving on the board of directors.

Monthly association meetings are open to all homeowners. Our next association meeting will be held at George & Karen Lauer 3908 SW Briarwood Drive. Contact us for next meeting date. Please feel free to come; your suggestions and ideas are always welcome.

Association events

• Annual meeting brunch/dinner in March or April of each year to inform homeowner’s of Windemere HOA yearly status, neighborhood news and events. Residents will receive an invitation to this in our quarterly newsletter. Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, April 17th, 2027. Breakfast will be served. Breakfast starts 9:00 a.m. Meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. Babysitting provided for meeting.
