Yearly events include:

• Annual meeting brunch/dinner in March or April of each year to inform homeowner’s of Windemere HOA yearly status, neighborhood news and events. Residents will receive an invitation to this in our quarterly newsletter.
• Easter Egg Hunt
• Hot Dog Roast Block Party
• Windemere Spring Neighborhood Garage Sale dates are Thursday, Friday and Saturday May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Windemere Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale are September 4th, 5th, and 6th.
• Ice Cream Social
• Christmas House Decorating Contest
