Yearly events include:

• Annual meeting brunch/dinner in March or April of each year to inform homeowner’s of Windemere HOA yearly status, neighborhood news and events. Residents will receive an invitation to this in our quarterly newsletter.
• Easter Egg Hunt
• Hot Dog Roast Block Party & Ice Cream Social
• Windemere Spring Neighborhood Garage Sale dates are Thursday, Friday and Saturday April 30th, May 1st, and May 2nd. Windemere Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale are September 3rd, 4th, and 5th.
